I've been deeply interested in cooking since discovering Emeril Live and Good Eats on the Food Network many moons ago. I've been cooking up all kinds of culinary adventures and projects ever since.

Before I buy anything, I do a TON of research to make sure I'm getting the best thing to meet my needs.

My goal here is to summarize what I've learned, explain what an item is useful for, why I purchased it, and share helpful links.
