Lodge Blacklock 10" Cast Iron Skillet

What is it?
This is the Lodge Blacklock 10" Cast Iron Skillet. It's a thinner, lighter cast iron skillet that performs as well as its heavier Classic counterparts.
Why did I choose this?
I had owned the 12" Cast Iron skillet from Lodge for years, but since working from home became a regular thing, I wanted a smaller pan for making lunch in.
This one is much lighter, and has a cool throwback style. They've done a great job using the styling to shave some weight, and it's noticeable in the handles and sloping sides. This skillet weighs in at 3.86 pounds, compared to the 12 inch skillet that weighs in at 7.89 pounds.
How does this compare to their other product lines?
The Blacklock line is much lighter. When using metal utensils in it, it has a more tinny sound than the classic line, but overall it works just as well. I have been using this pan for many months at this point and am extremely happy with it.
It's great for making lunch for one person, which is what I use it for on most weekdays. It is extremely maneuverable compared to Lodge's traditional offering, and also the handle tends to stay cooler, but it is not quite as comfortable to hold as their regular handle.
On a side note, the accessories for the Classic 10 inch skillet from Lodge fit this one as well, based on what I've tested so far.
Where can you get one?
You can buy the 10" direct from Lodge for $60, or at Williams-Sonoma.
